Songs of Peace – A Free Concert
You are warmly invited to “Songs of Peace”, a free concert of transcendent music by Sri Chinmoy, arranged and performed in its purest expression by the a capella voices of the award-winning Paree’s Group international women’s choir. The concert will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026 from 6:30 to 7:30 pm at historic Christ Church, 20 North American Street (2nd and Market). Reservations are encouraged – please text 215-383-3663.
At the end of the concert, you will also have a chance to hold our special Peace Torch and make your own silent wish for peace in America and the world. This Torch will be carried by an international team of runners from the Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home Peace Run that will be visiting Philadelphia that day on their 10,000-mile relay journey through all 50 States, honoring America’s ideals on its 250th anniversary.
