FREE INTENSIVE WEEKEND MEDITATION WORKSHOP — Discover Peace Within at this Urban Retreat!  Saturday, Sept. 7 (11:00am-1:30pm, 2:30-5:00pm) and Sunday, Sept. 8 (1:00-3:00, 3:30-5:30pm), The Church of the Holy  Trinity, Rittenhouse Square. Based on the heart-centered teachings of Sri Chinmoy. Workshops led by visiting speaker Shishir Pauk from Canada, who combines spiritual wisdom, loving kindness and a highly entertaining sense of humor.
